Video narrative as follows -
Today Judy will show you how to make our new do it yourself
baby shower centerpiece. This one features a baby boy bear, but other baby shower
or birthday designs are also available. Notice the detail on the bear…the blue belt
and silver buckle!
Each baby cut out design comes in options of plain white for you
to decorate yourself, detailed and highlighted, as well as detailed, highlighted
and personalized.
Our just add sand kits have everything you need to put together
the centerpiece except sand, gravel or pebbles to act as a weight. Items you need
to supply are a scissors and low temperature glue gun. Paint is also required if
you want to highlight, detail and/or personalize a white cut out yourself.
The just
add sand kit comes complete with the following items:

The first step to assemble the baby shower
centerpiece is
to glue the dowel into the Styrofoam® base.
Next, Judy cuts the mylar sheet in half
and places on a flat surface. The top sheet is set at a slight angle to the bottom.
The Styrofoam® base with dowel is placed in the center of the mylar sheet. And, the
weight material is poured on top.
Judy then gathers the edges of the mylar paper
around the dowel and secures them with the curling ribbon.
There is some slack in
the mylar paper at this stage, so she'll pull up the edges to tighten the fit and
make it more attractive.
Next Judy will curl the ribbon.
The final steps are to glue
the baby cut out onto the dowel and add the onion grass. And here is the finished
baby shower centerpiece!
Thank you for joining us today. We hope you've enjoyed learning
how to make this baby shower centerpiece.
